About the Role
MIMA’s Curator role is a year-long paid position for a Disabled, Deaf or Neurodivergent Curator. The role is part of the national Future Curators Programme, instigated and organised by DASH, a disabled artist-led organisation committed to advancing disability justice in the visual arts.
This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to MIMA’s curatorial programme while developing practice within a supportive and inclusive environment. The position is designed to foster leadership, experimentation, and sector change through disability-led perspectives.
The Future Curators Programme, supported by DASH, is a national initiative aimed at increasing opportunities for disabled curators within the visual arts sector. The programme promotes disability justice and seeks to embed inclusive practices across partner institutions.
