Collections Coordinator
Full Time 35 hrs/wk
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 p.a. + 12.5% pension contribution and other benefits
Location: Henry Moore Foundation, Perry Green, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire SG10 6EE – 30 miles north of London, between London and Cambridge, plus a proportion of hybrid homeworking.

The Collection Coordinator supports the Senior Curator of Collections and Research with the preservation and management of the Foundation’s extensive collections of artworks and archives, working closely with the Sculpture Conservator, the Head of Operations and Visitor Services, and their teams.
Our ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in an arts, humanities or conservation subject and demonstrable experience of managing large collections, ideally within an art organisation. You will collaborate well with other departments and will be able to remain calm and focussed whilst working under pressure to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to deadline. You will have extensive experience of working with collection management systems (ideally TMS) and will have demonstrable knowledge of sector standards including Spectrum. DBS clearance and verifiable references covering the last five consecutive years, will be required as this role will have Known Consignor status. We are happy to consider some homeworking in this role.
