Index is seeking a Coordinator to produce exhibitions and public programmes in close collaboration with its Director, artists and curators.

The role covers project planning, budgets and schedules; coordination with collaborators; shipping, insurance and loan agreements; exhibition openings and events; grant applications and reporting; and support for press relations.

Applicants should have a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, a record of producing exhibitions or artistic projects, and experience managing budgets and grants. Index applies collective union agreements. The listing does not state a salary.
